The Platinum Program is reserved for your best customers who want the very best in life. In the Platinum Program, fans who pay to have a premium experience (e.g., club seat and suite holders) with you can enjoy all of the benefits of the Basic and Premium Programs. In addition, Platinum Members will receive exclusive access to discounts and perks from luxury retailers (e.g., 20% cash back on suites at 5-star hotels, free checked baggage on participating airlines, complimentary upgrades at participating rental car chains). Platinum Program members may also have the opportunity to earn cash back earnings at a higher rate than Premium Members (e.g., 2.5x more than Premium Members). While Platinum Members enjoy the same redemption options as Premium Members, you may also include experiential rewards available exclusively in the Platinum Program (e.g., fly on the team plan, attend a private autograph session). You can choose to offer club and suite holders their Platinum Memberships for FREE, while Premium Members may be eligible to upgrade to the Platinum Program for a fee.
